Diagnostic Significance of Platelet – to – Lymphocyte Ratio in Evaluation of Sepsis

Abstract

Sepsis is one the major cause of mortality and mortality in hospital settings. Many Inflammatory  markers have been proposed but their use is often limited due to unavailability and cost. Platelet – to – lymphocyte ratio (PLR) is now suggested as novel Inflammatory marker in many conditions.
